Olivia Hetzler Esq.
Olivia Hetzler attended the University of Maryland International Campus in Schwäbisch Gmünd, Germany where she earned a Baccalaureate Degree in Political Science. Olivia then returned to New York, where she attended Hofstra University School of Law and earned her Juris Doctorate. During her studies, Olivia worked as an intern/extern for Justice Ute Wolff Lally of theSupreme Court of the State of New York.
Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Hetzler was appointed as an Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County, New York. As prosecutor in the District Court Bureau, Ms. Hetzler was responsible for the prosecution of misdemeanor cases at jury and bench trials, as well as conducting pretrial hearings, arraignments, drafting motions, affidavits, subpoenas, and negotiating plea-bargains.
Following her tenure in the DA’s office, Ms. Hetzler worked as Legal Counsel and Manager for Hetzler Holding Company, her family’s real estate holding company. Ms. Hetzler later joined the firm of Lally & Lally LLP, where she worked as an associate handling legal matters in the areas of matrimony, professional partnership dissolution, personal injury, commercial litigation, wills and estate planning.
More recently, Olivia worked as an E-Discovery Project Manager at RVM and Epiq Solutions in New York City. She currently works with Deloitte in Jersey City. Ms. Hetzler personally witnessed the impact of alternative therapies when her father was cured of lung tumors through alternative medicine.
Olivia is very proud of her volunteer work with the Wheelchair Foundation and the German American Hall of Fame. Olivia resides with her husband Robert and daughter Gemma in Atlantic Beach, NY.
